So what’s next? Well for this site to survive we can’t have our traffic drop whenever we are not doing a contest. This site lives and dies by it’s users. With that being said, we are planing an even bigger contest right now. We started planing it before this contest even ended. It will be bigger and it will be even more awesome. At this point we plan to kick that off on Jan 1st. New year, so a new contest. Just like this contest was made to help you with your Christmas shopping, maybe this one can help with your Valentines Day shopping. It might take a little longer though if traffic drops too far during December. I say this not as a threat, but just what we have to do to keep things going at the rate we have.

You think contests are all we have in the plans? Not even close. There are many very sweet features that are being worked on right now by the infamous DarkNemesis618. I have been sworn to secrecy, but let me tell you they are sweeter than anything you have ever seen before. A few of them are things other social networks just can’t do. It also of course works well for music and a few other things, too. I use a much older model for my own podcasts and it still works great. This however is the latest and greatest version. In fact I could not find it on Amazon yet. I had to send the GizWiz himself a Twitter message to find out that NewEgg had them available. Will MrBabyMan stop being such a slacker and even enter the charts (You know we love ya Andy)? Or will it be a user we didn’t see coming? Either way, I say bring it on bitches! So we did stream the event live, but my Verizon EV_DO wireless internet USB connection could not seem to get a good connection inside the building for some reason. I know outside I could get an amazingly fast connection, so it was the building. So it ended up only giving what looked like 3 still shots for those watching it live. Not sure any of the audio came through at all. So we do not have any video. However, while streaming it live the Queen Of Cheese was there taking photos for us. So below are the before and after photos of the entire thing.

Before I show the photos can I ask a favor? I made a rather massive sacrifice for a very good cause. I would love to continue to do altruistic events like this through this site, but I can’t do it without some help. So on to the next challenge. This will be a standing challenge. This means that until you meet it, it doesn’t end. Each week I plan to add another ’standing challenge’. Many have said they want my wife Sherri (aka Vaporrub) to be on Saturday Night Monkey. DarkNemesis618 has added a nice little automated “Site Stats” to every page on the main section of the site. I figured I would tie both together. So how about if right before we go live with SNM I check that little site stats box. If it says we have had at least 300 (legit) front page stories The Queen Of Cheese herself will be part of our drunken little crew? So the gauntlet has been thrown. Are you all up to this challenge?
