Well we are more than halfway through this month long campaign of insanity, so I would guess that a few of you are wondering how we are doing stats wise. Keep in mind that no stats page is 100%, so it’s best to take them all with a grain of salt. In other words the truth probably lies somewhere around an average of all these stats. So here are the stats.
First Our Google Analytics Stats:

Overall Google Analytics shows a 226.00% improvement.

So we are doing pretty well for a start up with no V.C. or even angel funding to speak of. So I will end this with a stat I want to post just for fun because I find it interesting.

Most of you by now should know about the contest where we are giving away over $10,000 throughout the month of March. If not CLICK HERE for that info. So as we are nearing the end of the first week of the contest, a few of you wanted to know how the site is doing. So I grabbed a few screen shots to let you know. This is only after a few days. What will happen after a full month of this? That depends on you Sinners!
Google Analytics (March 4th)
We went from 654 unique visitors on average for the day to 1,033 Visits. Keep in mind that each of these ranking sites are just their guess. Google also has a thing called Page Rank. Our Page Rank as of Feb 28th is 4 out of 10. Our goal is 10, but we would be happy if we go up one point a month on that. Page Rank moves very slowly and it takes a ton of work to climb up on that.
Alexa gets a lot of flack, but honestly I find them to be just as much a guess as any of them. No more and no less. This is why we look at all of them to figure out where we stand. With this one we have a before and after.

That’s 4 days! Imagine after a full month! Now for our “in house” stats…
So what is the goal? Well, by the end of the month I would like to be in the top 100,000 on Alexa and all of the others (we didn’t mention them because they don’t even track us yet). We would like to be at 10 on Page Rank. I would like our in house stats to say over 100,000 by the end of the month. As far as Google Analytics goes, I’m just curious what it will show when we hit 100,000 unique visitors. Google Analytics are known to be overly harsh. So I care more about in house stats.
